You are walking through a forest when you notice a cave. A strange glow draws you toward the cave, and you decide to investigate, curiosity winning over caution. Inside the cavern is a dragon: Her scales look like they were once bright red but have faded into a dull color. On her front legs' wrists are thick, rusty chains which pin her to the cave floor and rub her scales raw. The dragon looks like she should be dead but her bony chest rises and falls. She lifts her huge head when she hears your (rather loud) footsteps, and cracks her yellow, bloodshot eye open, making eye contact with you.
"Ah," she rasps, her voice hoarse, "My saving grace."

¨Who are you?¨ I say, eyeing the chains nervously. Who was this dragon, and why was she locked up in here? Was she an innocent victim, or a hardened criminal? I did not want to unlock the chains and find out the hard way.
¨Who locked you in here, and why?¨ I ask, folding my white-blue wings closer to my side.
I reach inside the satchel hanging from my neck and pull out a crystal dagger. I place it in the keyhole of the chains, and twist until they pop off.
¨I am Blizzard of the Icewings,¨ I say. ¨Are you a Skywing? And who locked you in this cave in the first place?¨
"Many years ago, before you were even thought of, I was a young dragoness." She chuckles ruefully. "I was beautiful," she continued, "and many dragons admired my beauty. But the only dragon whom I was completely taken by was K'ashan. His rugged handsomeness enchanted me, and apparently, he felt the same way about me. He took me to his sprawling mansion and I was excited that, with him, I would continue my bloodline." She smiles bitterly. "If only I had known... He took me to this cave, here. Then, he lunged at me and chained me to this floor." She pauses for a moment and blinks, hard. "I will spare you the details, but all you need to know is this: The moment we were in private... he-- he used me. He left me here with no food, and no water then forgot all about me and moved on to other dragoness mistresses. It is a good thing I am immortal, like the rest of my kind, otherwise I would have wasted away." She sighed.
"And that, traveler, is my story." She looks at you as if waiting for you to reply.
¨Where is K´ashan now?¨ I ask. I think about my friend Mirage, a Sandwing. She hated to be underground for too long and was almost never still. Then I thought about this dragon, Sklada, who had been trapped here for centuries. I knew I wanted to help her, but I had never been the bravest.
¨And how could we stop him from hurting anyone else?¨ I say. ¨I know how to fight, how to hide, how to hunt, but what good is that if we cannot stop him for good? If he is immortal like you, then how to we ensure that he will not come back for revenge?¨
¨Then what are waiting for? Let's go!¨
We run to the open entrance to the cave, spread our wings, and leap into the cool night sky.
¨I have some friends who would be willing to help us free the other dragonesses,¨ I say. ¨The place where we agreed to meet is not far from here, and it couldn´t hurt to have some extra dragons on our side.¨
¨I understand,¨ I said. ¨Do you know where the other dragonesses are being held?¨
Suddenly, there is a blur of movement on the cliff beside us.
¨What´s that?¨ I say, screeching to a halt and hovering.
Sklada blocks you from view, shielding the IceWing with her massive wing.
"Who are you?" She snaps at the thing. "SHOW YOURSELF!"
Something flies out of the cliff and slams into Sklada. She yells and is flung backward, slamming into Blizzard, who tumbles out of sight, dazed. Sklada shakes herself and roars at the attacker. The roar is an earsplitting sound, and terror courses through Blizzard's veins, even though Sklada isn't bellowing at them. (Is blizzard a he or she) Sklada lunges at the attacker, and eventually pins them down, writhing, beneath her talons. It is a huge SandWing. Sklada takes one look at him and burst into laughter.
"Little one, do you not know who I am?" She asks, spluttering.
"A SkyWing?!? In the Kingdom of the Sand?" He guesses. He has goggles and a freckled nose. A purple bandana is wrapped around his neck, as well as a satchel. He looks like a traveller.
"No, young one. I am Sklada, one of your immortal ancestors." Blizzard had walked up, clutching their head. (1/2)
It was the SandWings' turn to laugh. "That's a load of camel dung," he says. "You're just a SkyWing with ego issues." Sklada snarls at him. "I will tell you who you are, then." Blizzard interrupts, "Uh-- are you sure--"
"I know what I am doing." She lets the burly SandWing up. She studies him closely.
"You are related to Bobcat, whose wife was Red-Tail." She thought for a moment. "Your name is Lion."
Lion stared at her in disbelief.
"How did you-- Nevermind." He stands up, shaking out his wings. "MAybe you are telling the truth." He turns to Blizzard. "Who are you, IceWing?" He asks.

¨I am Blizzard, AND WHY ARE YOU SPYING ON US?¨ I ask, still annoyed about being slammed out of the air. I glided over to the cliff and clung to a small outcropping to give my wings a rest.
¨Spying?¨ asked Lion. ¨I had just set up camp for the night in that cave over there (gestures to the cave) and then you and your friend here come over here looking at it funny, and what was I going to do but attack?¨
¨Maybe you could have asked us nicely what we were up to,¨ I snapped, showing my teeth.
¨Speaking of that, what ARE you doing here anyway?¨ said Lion.
I can barely stifle my laughter. Sklada is giving Lion her best disproving glare while Lion does his best to look innocent.
¨What? I just wanted to know,¨ says the Sandwing.
They had only been flying for 15 minutes, but Lion was starting to drive me crazy. I flew over to Sklada´s side. She was about twice my size, something that I hadn´t noticed until now. Even Lion looked small next to her.
¨Why are we letting him fly with us?¨ I asked, careful to keep my voice low so Lion wouldn´t hear.
¨Well, Blizzard, he probably knows this area better than we do,¨ said Sklada, rolling her eyes. ¨And even if we do fly off without him, he´ll probably just follow us anyway.¨
¨That´s right!¨ chirped Lion.
Sklada sighs. ¨I will let you come with us on these conditions, and you MUST agree.¨
¨Fine with me,¨ says Lion.
¨Number one, you must not tell ANYONE what we are doing or where we are going,¨ said Sklada.
¨THats alright with me,¨ said Lion. ¨But where are we going anyway? Neither of you was very specific about that.¨
"We are freeing the other dragonesses who have been captured by K'ashan." She tells Lion her story. At the end, Lion is silent.
"Next condition," Sklada says, "When we get to the next caves, promise me you'll keep your mouth shut."
"Okay." he replied.
Blizzard and Sklada blink in surprise.
"What?" He shrugs. "I don't want trouble."
"I wouldn't be surprised if 'trouble' is your middle name." Blizzard mutters.
Eventually, the three of us reached the caves where the other dragonesses were being imprisoned.
¨Blizzard, you free the ones who are trapped in the caverns behind the waterfall. Lion, you will free the ones trapped closest to the ground, and I will free the rest.¨ said Sklada.
I flew over to the large waterfall Sklada had directed me to, and dove through. Plunging into the torrent of ice-cold water felt amazing after the warm day, and the stone behind the waterfall was riddled with holes, all of them big enough for a dragon twice my size to fit through. I shook the water off me and landed in the first cave. It didn´t take long to reach the end, and chained to the floor was a sky blue dragoness with spikes similar to mine along her head, back, and tail.
¨Who are you-did K´ashan send you?¨ she asked.
¨No,¨ I said. ¨My name is Blizzard, and I am here to free you and all the other dragonesses that K´ashan has imprisoned.¨
I took out my crystal dagger and broke open her chains.
Sklada peered closer at the dragon. She gasped. "A-Antasha?" Her stoical facade broke and her face cracked into a wide smile, like the sun was warming her from horns to tail. "Oh, how I have missed you!" She rushed to the dark purple dragoness, who is cooing to something tucked underneath her wing. The dark purple dragon, who was smaller than Sklada, was curled up on the cavern floor. Sklada's eyes filled with a burning anger, but that changed to excitement when she tapped the dragon's side and the dragon looked up. Her golden eyes met Sklada's amber ones, and she gasped.
"Sklada!" She stands up. Underneath her claws, wrapped around her front talon, is a dragonet the size of her talons. He squeaks at the visitors. The tiny dragonet has rich, midnight-purple scales. Silver glints shine through the cracks in his scales, and he looks like he's from outer space. His curious, royal-blue eyes stared at you and Sklada, who gasped when she saw him. His tiny wings are splattered with tiny gold and silver scales (1/2
dotting his wing membranes, splashing outward like a spray of water. Sklada stares at the dragonet.
"But--K'ashan--How--"
"I hid his egg. It was a dark color, so it was easy to hide. When he never came back, I realized that I was trapped here, but I at least had my son." She smiles, wrapping her wing protectively around the tiny dragon. "His name is Vladyll. It means 'little beloved' in the ancient language."
Sklada was crying. "He killed mine," she whispered. "She was still in her egg when he found her and smashed her." Sklada wiped the tears off of her face with one talon and held out her other talon to Vladyll, who clutched it, his claws dwarfed by hers. He burbled curiously. "I will protect you," Sklada whispered. Antasha wrapped her wing around her sister. Sklada straightened. Her eyes held centuries-old fury. "Let's go." she snarled.
Lion stepped into the cavern. He looked at the dragonet shyly, and Vladyll squealed with delight at this new friend. He glanced at Antasha.
"Can I hold him?" (2/3)
Antasha smiles. "Of course."
Lion holds out his desert-colored talons, and Vladyll barrels into them, wraps his wings and talons firmly around Lion's neck, and hangs on. Blizzard bursts into laughter.
"I think he likes you," Antasha says.
"That's an understatement" Blizzard replies.
Sklada chuckles. "I think he likes the heat radiating off of your scales."
Vladyll burbles to himself and buries his face into Lion's neck, sighing softly.
"U, I'm not much of a hugger..." Lion said, but he shifted Vladyll into a more comfortable position and sighs. "Just me, your resident babysitter." But he is smiling as the four walk out of the cave, blinking in the bright sunlight, and lift off to find the others.

We have freed all of the dragonesses. Many of them resemble the tribes we have now, except MUCH bigger. Even the smallest of them towers over me. Now all that is left for us to do is find K´ashan and make him face the consequences of his actions. The sky has darkened in the time that we have spent freeing the dragonesses, and I hear the sound of a dragon´s wings.
¨Did you hear that?¨ I ask, looking up at the sky.
¨Hear what?¨ says Lion, still carrying Vladyll.
There is a thump behind us. I hear the dragonesses hiss with fury, and I know that this massive dragon is K´ashan.
"Hide," Sklada whispers to Blizzard and Lion. They bolt behind a large boulder.
Sklada steps forward to confront K'ashan.
"Ah," He announces jovially, "All of the dragons I want dead."
They all hiss at once.
Lion glowers at K'ashan from behind the boulder.
He spots something from across the room.
"Hey," He whispers to Blizzard, "That looks like a SandWing! And look-- an Icewing!" He points to a sand-colored dragoness and an ice-blue dragoness. Their tails are twined, and they are leaning on each other, murmuring comforting words to the other while simultaneously glaring at K'ashan.
"Yeah, I noticed," Blizzard hissed back.
"What did you think, you could stop me?" K'ashan asked. "You are no match for me."
Sklada flicked her tail.
The cavern erupted in pandemonium.
Dragons lept at K'ashan and he disappeared under a pile of writhing bodies. Antasha slipped away to check on Vladyll. She breathed a sigh of relief when she saw that they were ok.
"Stay here," She whispered. "Don't let K'ashan see you,
With that, Antasha ran off to join the fight. K´ashan had emerged from underneath the dragonesses and was putting up a fight. He reared up on his back legs and made a terrible screeching sound. Lion, Vladyll, and I all cover our ears, but it doesn´t do anything to block out the noise. I hear the flapping of dragon wings, and ten dark-colored dragons land behind K´ashan.
¨You think you could defeat me?¨ K´ashan hissed. He flicked his tail, and his guards leaped into battle.
The dragonesses outnumbered K´ashan´s guards, but while the dragonesses were skeletal and weak after being chained to the bottom of a cave for centuries without food, while K´ashan´s soldiers were well fed and muscular.
¨I have to do something,¨ I said. I didn´t know what I could do against eleven huge dragons, but I couldn´t just sit there and do nothing.
¨Blizzard, you can´t seriously be thinking about joining the fight,¨ said Lion. ¨K´ashan is three times your size, and in order to get to him, you would have to get past his guards f
first.¨
I looked at Lion and then started creeping along behind the boulders, staying crouched low to the ground so nobody could see me.
I climbed down below the cliff and was promptly attacked by one of K´ashan´s guards.
He was smaller than the others, but still huge compared to me. He had dark, forest green scales with brown horns and spikes on his tail.
I crouched low to the ground, preparing to attack. The guard made the hissing sound that comes before a blast of fire. I dodged the flames and leapt onto his back, talons digging into his wings. I readied a blast of frostbreath and hit him right in the face. The guard howled in pain, and I rammed into him, shoving him into the cave wall and knocking him out. I climbed back up the cliff and saw the tip of K´ashan´s tail dangling a few feet away. I extended my neck and bit down on the tip of it as hard as I could.
Lion gently set down Vladyll and tucked him into a small crevice. "You wait here." He said, then he ran off to join the fray.
"BLIZZARD!" he bellowed. He saw her with her teeth firmly planted in K'ashan's tail.
'Does she have a death wish or something?' he thought, racing to join her. He body-slammed a guard that had Sklada pinned, then when he had her attention he pointed to where Blizzard was bravely attacking K'ashan. Sklada leaps toward the two, Lion in pursuit. He leaps at K'ashan and stabs his tail barb as deep as it can go into K'ashan's belly. Lion snarls as K'ashan nearly lights Blizzard on fire, then he climbs higher on the ginormous dragon's back, thinking 'i'm even crazier than Blizzard.' But he reaches K'ashan's face.
"Hello." Lion says, then he stabs K'ashan's eyeball with his tail barb, hoping it will go deep enough to the dragon's brain. K'ashan bellowed in pain, a high-pitched noise that had Lion reeling. K'ashan reaches up, sinks his claws into Lion's side, and flings the SandWing (1/2)
into the wall. There was a sickening CRUNCH and Lion falls to the ground, unmoving. He is nearly trampled by a guard, but Blizzard flies over to the guard and shreds his wing, kicking him away. She crawls over to Lion's limp body and examines him. He was unconscious, not dead, thank the moons.
The crunch noise sounded worse than it was. He had a dislocated wing and was bruised all on his backside, but the SandWing must have been tougher than he looked.
"You're not dying on me," Blizzard snarls. She drags him behind the boulder where Vladyll crouched. The dragonet squeaked in worry when he saw Lion.
"It'll be okay," Blizzard whispered. She set to work healing him.
Blizzard carefully dragged Lion out of the battle zone. K´ashan was now blind in one eye, so he stomped around banging into the cave walls and snapping at the dragonesses. Lion stirred awake and looked at her.
¨WHAT WERE YOU THINKING?¨ he hissed.
¨I saw an opportunity, and I took it,¨ said Blizzard. ¨And, I took out one of his guards.¨
Vladyll walked over and curled up next to Lion, who sighed.
¨K´ashan is caught off guard, but the dragonesses are still weaker than the guards,¨ said Blizzard. ¨If K´ashan is gone, then the guards will probably stop fighting.¨
¨Even if you do go through with that, I can´t help you.¨ argues Lion.
¨Don't worry about me,¨ says Blizzard. ¨I have a plan.

"Stand up," Blizzard ordered.
Lion wobbled to his feet, wincing at the pain in his shoulder.
Without warning, Blizzard lept at Lion.
Vladyll squealed in terror as she grabbed his dislocated shoulder and shoved it back into the socket. Lion suppressed a roar.
"OW," he whisper-yelled "WHAT WAS THAT FOR?!?"
"I fixed your wing, didn't I?" Blizzard pointed out.
"YEAH, BUT YOU DIDNT NEED TO DO IT WITHOUT WARNING," he gawped, ruffling his wings indignantly.
BLizzard snickered at his wounded expression.
"Are you feeling better?" She asked.
He hesitated for a moment, not wanting to admit defeat.
"Yeah..." he grumbled.
"Feel good enough to fight?"
"Yeah. I've fought with worse injuries." He replied.
They made sure Vladyll was safe in his hiding spot.
Then they lept back into battle.
Blizzard looked up at the ceiling of the cave. There were a lot of stalactites, and K´ashan was standing right under a big one.
¨Lion, do you see that Stalagtite?¨ Blizzard said, dodging a blow from a big gray dragon covered in heavy armor plates.
¨The one K´ashan is under? Yeah, I see it,¨ said Lion. ¨What are you going to do?¨
¨If we knock it down, then it will crush K´ashan,¨ said Blizzard, preparing to leap.
¨Wait, are you kidding me?¨
¨Nope!¨
Blizzard jumped up on the wall, and jumped again, landing on the stalactite. She noticed that the top of it was weak, so that would make her job easier. She slashed her talons across the top, carving deep gashes into the rock.
Down below, Sklada was shouting something at K´ashan, Blizzard could not make out the exact words. K´ashan reared up and threw Sklada into the cave wall. Blizzard leaped onto an outcropping on the cliff wall, then rammed into the stalactite, knocking it loose. There was a loud crack, and K´ashan looked up and tried to run, but it was t
oo late for him, the stalactite slammed into his back, right between his wings.
The ginormous black dragon screeched in pain and fell over. Immediately, all of the dragons he's hurt over the millennia leap on top of him yet again. The guards who have been fighting for K'ashan back away nervously.
K'ashan bellows in agony one last time.
Then everything is still.
Blizzard tentatively walks over to the middle of the cave, wincing at the pain in her shoulder after knocking down the stalactite.
¨Is he...¨ Blizzard eyed the still dragon nervously.
¨Yes,¨ said Sklada. ¨K´ashan is gone for good.¨
There was a squeak from across the cave, and Vladyll raced across the cave and nearly knocked Antasha over with his tackle-hug.
"Woah, there little one," Antasha says, laughing as the dragonet climbs up her arm and settles on her back. "Careful."
The dragonesses are talking, laughing, and congratulating one another on their victory. Sklada walks over to Lion and Blizzard.
"You were reckless. You could have been killed!" Blizzard and Lion look at each other nervously. But Sklada smiles. "I am so very proud of you. Without these mortals," She adds, addressing the rest of the crowd, "We would not be victorious today." The immortal dragons roar their approval. Blizzard beams, and Lion winks at a dragoness. Sklada goes back to talking to just the two of them.
"So what will you do now?"
¨I´m going to head to Jade Mountain,¨ Blizzard said. ¨I was accepted to the school there and that´s where I was heading before I came here.¨
¨What about you, Lion?¨ Sklada asks.

¨If you ever wanted to, you could come over to Jade Moutain,¨ Blizzard said. ¨The teachers have plans to expand, so there is plenty of room.¨
I would unlock the chains and help her. I would then ask her about the chains, and who put them on her and why.
I would ask for her name, and I would be getting the chains off while she said. I'd ask her who and why put her in here, then I would invite her to my cave. Waiting for a reply, *I start thinking... Victim of crime, nah, she looks much like a criminal. How old is she and what has she done...*
I wish to hear your sad story, although, I do not have much emotion... *Makes small fire*

Ah... so that what has happened to you. Well do you wish to be friends? I make a great squirrel soup and I am not much of a leader. I only steal what I need, kill what I must, and love what I love. This could be a great friendship ya know... unless you are not ready for it. I am leaving for my next destination, the ocean, do you wish to come with me?

"Of course I would. But first, we need to defeat K'ashan so that no other dragonesses suffer the same fate that I did." She smiled at you. "Yes, he is immortal. But if we rally all the dragonesses he has taken advantage of together, we will defeat him. If we cut him up into enough pieces, and scatter those pieces far apart enough, then he will not reform. But that is up to you. Will you come with me to defeat this evil dragon?"

"Yes, I will help defeat K'ashan with you. Let us sleep now and rise in the morning, but I must check in with one of my friends. They were expecting me tomorrow, but this is way more important than drinking while flying. *Pulls out small mirror like thing and talks to it*
The next morning...
So, *pulls out pouch filled with ninja stars* I have these, but what will you use? And...
Whats the plan.
"I have my fire-breath, and my claws, and my size." She grins, revealing rows of long, sharp teeth. "My teeth should be an asset as well. The first course of action is to find the other caves where the other dragonesses should be chained." She stamped out the remainder of the flames and leaned down, inviting you to climb on.
"Then lets do it." *Climbs on* *K'ashan starts flying* "When we do get to the other caves, how are we going to um, uh... sneak them out? That was a dumb question, here we go..."
*Pulls out small ugly stick with moss from pouch*
"With my wand. I'll make them invisible for a while then it will wear off when they are far enough."
*Silence for about a few minutes*
"Sooo, um, where did you live. I live all alone by myself, the people at my village drove me out because... well, I drove myself out. If your wondering, it was because my father was banished from there because of his insanity. So I went out there just like him, and I have just been by myself for this whole time. Making tools, weapons, clothes, and other stuff. I saw a dragon once, it flew right above me and it looked distressed. Then a second dragon flew over me, going after the other dragon. I wondered who they were. Anyways were getting close to another cave, I think I see a tail? It looks almost like the one I saw fly over me a few weeks
Sklada chuckles. "Put your twig away, human. K'ashan has not visited these caves in millennia. He is so shortsighted he cannot see beyond his snout. And that is not a dragon tail," she adds, pointing. They had landed in a clearing where a cave was, and a very thick branch of ivy was growing out of the cave. "That is only ivy. No, K'ashan put us deeper into the cave, so nobody could see us from just looking at the cave." She growled softly. "He might be evil, but K'ashon is no fool." She crouches so you can climb off. Then Sklada rises to her full height. Her immortal powers have caused her to heal. Her long, grey horns were almost sparkling in the sunlight, and her bright red scales had lines of gold glinting between the cracks of her scales. She looked healthy, except she was whip-thin, and you could see her bones jutting out in sharp angles.
"As for where I lived, I lived high in the mountains, with my many siblings. I was never alone. But I was lonely." She looked away, sighing from her ancient sadness.
But the dragoness straightened. "Nevertheless, human, let us go into the cave. Perhaps I will find--" She stopped short. A dark purple draogn, who was smaller than Sklada, was curled up on the cavern floor. Sklada's eyes filled with a burning anger, but that changed to excitement when she tapped the dragon's side and the dragon looked up. Her golden eyes met Sklada's amber ones, and she gasped. "S-Sklada?" She whispered, her voice like the winds that blow through the meadows.
Sklada nods, near tears.
"Antasha, my sister." Her stoical facade broke and her face cracked into a wide smile, like the sun was warming her from horns to tail. "Oh, how I have missed you!"

"Your sister, well I hope this is a quick reunion because this place gives me the creeps. I don't know why but for some reason I feel like the place has eyes everywhere." *Nervously twiddles fingers, I start to whistle because it calms me down* "So, *I say nervously* your sister. How long have you've been here Antasha? I really look forward to getting to know you better, but Sklada and I are releasing the others from this prison. You can help us if you want to. And when we are done with this, do you want to come to the ocean with us? I hope you do, but we must first get the rest of the dragoness' out of the other caves."
Antasha smiles. "It's been so long... millennia... since I've been to the ocean..." She sighs contentedly as you break her chains. "Before we leave, though, I need you to meet someone." She shifts, and a dragonet the size of her talons emerged from beneath her wing. He squeaks at the visitors. The tiny dragonet has rich, midnight-purple scales. Silver glints shine through the cracks in his scales, and he looks like he's from outer space. His curious, royal-blue eyes stared at you and Sklada, who gasped when she saw him. "I hid his egg. It was a dark color, so it was easy to hide. When he never came back, I realized that I was trapped here, but I at least had my son." She smiles, wrapping her wing protectively around the tiny dragon. "His name is Vladyll. It means 'little beloved' in the ancient language." (1/2)
She looks at you, her eyes glinting. "Let's go find the other dragonesses." Sklada was crying. "He killed mine," she whispered. "She was still in her egg when he found her and smashed her." Sklada held out her talon to Vladyll, who clutched it, his claws dwarfed by hers. He burbled curiously. "I will protect you," Sklada whispered. Antasha wrapped her wing around her sister. Sklada straightened. Her eyes held centuries-old fury. "Let's go." she snarled.
"Yes, lets go release the others."
*They release the dragonesses from the caves one by one, they all land at the final cave...*
"Come on guys lets release her, the dark is coming soon."
*Something moves outside...*
Sklada snaps her head around and hisses. SHe helps the dragoness up whom they had released.
"SHOW YOURSELF!" She roars, and the roar chose around the group and sends shivers down your spines.
"Sssssssklada..." a voice hisses, and a pitch-black dragon steps into the light. He has a long, narrow face. His white horns line his jaw like a crown, and his wicked, serrated claws sink into the ground. When all the dragonesses gasp or hiss in anger, you instinctively know who this is:
K'ashan.
Sklada steps forward, and she bares her teeth at K'ashan.
"You are either incredibly brave or incredibly stupid for coming here," she snarls.
K'ashan chuckles. "Still incredibly beautiful and sarcastic, I see," his voice is soothing and deep, but it has a deep, evil ring to it. "I remember you," He continues, pointing to Antasha, who hisses. "You had a dragonet with me." He smirks at her gasp. "You are not as sneaky as you think. I am no fool. I know everything that goes on in my territory, so I thought my day could (1/2
use a little violence." He gives a long-suffering sigh, and Sklada's glare looked murderous. "Imagine my surprise when I find all of you here. Now-" He claps his front talons together, "-- Let's get down to business." He talks about various punishments to the dragonesses, who are waiting tensly for Sklada's signal to attack. YOu know you should hide, since K
ashan appears not to have noticed you, so you slip around the large dragons' legs and slide in next to the crevice where Vladyll was hidden. He squeaks and pulls you in next to him, then puts a claw to his lips as if he's saying, 'shhh'.
(In my head)*Ah yes young one, you are wise hiding here. I wonder what will happen, I don't think he could defeat them all by himself... then again, I could be possibly underestimating him. He looks very strong, so maybe. If they do all get trapped again, I'll just release them, right?* Looks at Vladyll with concerned eyes *Vladyll could help me releasing them again, although, I would have to be careful where I went. Vladyll is just so tiny, I just need to take care of him until K'ashan and the other dragonesses finish this business.* I peek through, seeing only the dragons standing, hearing them talking. *Could I make a distraction? I could use my wand...* I look through my pouch for the stick. *OH NO!* I peek through the crevice again, seeing my wand just a few meters away from the furthest dragon's back leg. *Could I make it there fast enough and grab it before K'ashan sees me?*

I run. Vladyll grabs part of my shirt. *No, I got to get it* "You stay, I run. No worry, I be back soon." I whisper, trying to get his little claws off my shirt. Then he lets go, I start to run. Quick and fast. As I am running, I know someone is going to see me. I do not care and I run on. Just as I get to my wand and pick it up, I freeze. I see K'ashan lift his nose in the air. I quickly go to the back of a dragonesse's foot, hoping he does not have my scent...

"Is that... scavenger?" He asks, disdainfully. Sklada knows immediately what happened, and quicky covered your tracks.
"No, only the disgusting odor of your own arrogance," She snarls.
You make it back safely behind the boulder and Vladyll wraps his wings around you in relief.
"Finally!" I whisper. I lift up my want and I say in a whisper,"When I say the word Vladyll, K'ashan will die and separate into small pieces, scattered across the world." I come charging out of the small crevice, Vladyll comes after me. "VLADYLL!" I yell as I get towards the front, then all of it happens in seconds. We all stand there, watching as K'ashan gets chopped up by invisible swords. Then when all the pieces are lying on the ground, in small pieces, they fly out of the cave and we never see them again. "So, your twig did come handy." Sklada says in a sarcastic way. "WELL OF COURSE IT WAS GOING TO HELP US!" I yell. Vladyll comes and starts jibbering about stopping Sklada and me, we all laugh. "I have saved you dragonesses, now,--" I walk to the cave enterance. "Who wants to go to the ocean?" Vladyll licks my face with joy. He says,--"Wrpble, wrbly, rwar." in a cute way. 1/2
Antasha comes and picks him up. "Thank you. Without you, none of us would be here right now." She gives me her talon and I shake it. "It was a pleasure." A blue white dragoness comes forward. "What are we waiting for! Let's head to the ocean!" All of us have big grins. Except Sklada, she has this small sad face. "Whats wrong?" I ask her. "Do you think-" She hesitates. "Could you revive my dragonet? I do not know the extent of your twig's power, but could you? I want to have another life, with him/her." You look at me with sad eyes. "Yes, I can do that. With life so anew and joyus, please bring back the kid who would have joined us." I wave the wand in a triangle, and out of the blue, a small dragonet has appeared.
"squeak?" s amall voice said. Skada's eyes filled with tears of joy as she looks at her long-lost daughter at last. THe dragonet is deep red, with gold spines running down her back. Her forest-green eyes are wide, taking in all the sights. Sklada picks her up and nuzzles the tiny dragonet.
"Hello, little one. You shall be called Elpída, for you bring me hope."
Sklada touches her snout to you. "You shall receive my blessing for your oceanside quest. With this blessing, it shall go well. It was written in the stars." She smiles softly at you.
"Good luck, traveller."

The bullet ricoches harmlessley off of her scales. "Who are you?! Why are you flinging this..." She picks up the flattened bullet. "....This small piece of metal at me?! I have done nothing wrong. Explain yourself, before I kill you for attacking me unprovoked!" She glared at you, her teeth bared, waiting for a reply.
Void:¨The names Void¨

She taps a leaf pouch under her wing and a mini RainWing comes out of it
Sloth:¨Yes Void?¨
"Dam right I was!" Sloth squealed. Sklada laughs.
"How did you get him so realistic? I can see tiny scales-" She reaches out to Sloth and pokes him gently. "-- and his wing membrane are so thin."
"HEY!" Sloth yelled angrily. "I AM NOT AN OBJECT." he glared defiantly at Sklada. She says, "I am sorry. I know what it's like to be treated like an object." She reaches out a claw for him to shake, and after a moment he shakes it.
Void:¨I was a talented two year old. Sloth also might be really really powerful?¨
Sloth:¨YES FEAR MEEEEEE¨
Void:¨I also wasnt very friendly when I was two¨
Sloth:¨Uh A ton of things but mainly obey. After all I am enchanted to obey every one of Void commands¨
Void:¨My only two friends are a couple that hasnt happened yet and is waiting to be a thing. Both are hybrids mind you¨
"Many years ago, before you were even thought of, I was a young dragoness." She chuckles ruefully. "I was beautiful," she continued, "and many dragons admired my beauty. But the only dragon whom I was completely taken by was K'ashan. His rugged handsomeness enchanted me, and apparently, he felt the same way about me. He took me to his sprawling mansion and I was excited that, with him, I would continue my bloodline." She smiles bitterly. "If only I had known... He took me to this cave, here. Then, he lunged at me and chained me to this floor." She pauses for a moment and blinks, hard. "I will spare you the details, but all you need to know is this: The moment we were in private... he-- he used me. He left me here with no food, and no water then forgot all about me and moved on to other dragoness mistresses. It is a good thing I am immortal, like the rest of my kind, otherwise, I would have wasted away." She sighed. "And that, traveler, is my story." She looks at you as if waiting for you to reply.
Void:¨Tragic. Sloth bust this chains then we got a Dragon to murder¨
Sloth does as told and rids the chains.
"Whatever you're planning, don't do it," Sklada interrupts, blocking Void from leaving the cave gently. "I have been planning my escape for thousands of years. We need to find the other dragonesses he has taken advantage of and rally them together." Her eyes look more alive than ever as she adds, "With all of us together, he WILL be defeated."
She sighs but nods. Void then picks up one of the chains and mutters ¨Turn into a Lantern small enough for Sloth to carry with ease¨ Void hands the small lantern to Sloth and tells him ¨You are the light¨
He looks at Void in disbelief and nods violently
Void gives the old Dragones an amused look. ¨I´ll be fine. Besides Im not like other animus Dragons.¨ She nods at Sloth and he bounds ahead of them
Sklada walks slowly, easily keeping pace with the RainWing. As she walks, her scales begin to nit themselves together, and her scales lose their oldness and worn-down look. When the two emerge into the sunlight, her red scales are sparkling like rubies. Gold glints in the cracks between her scales.
"How are you different?" She wonders.
Void:¨Different protection spell then most would cast.¨ She points to the vines wrapped around her wrist like a bracelet. ¨Since most wouldnt pay the cost if it meant death¨
Void:¨No. Im not like StoneMover. I was smart with the enchantments¨
Sloth nods slowly. He comes to a halt as his ears shoot up. He whips his head around as if he heard something that could be a threat. ¨I think I j-just heard a voice or two¨
Sklada hisses. "Get on my back," she orders. Void starts to protest, but Sloth shoots up Sklada's arm and clambers the length of her neck and curled around her left horn, the lamp clutched in his teeth. Void sighs, "I could defend myself, I have magic," but he climbs up Sklada's leg and tucks himself in the curve of the base of her neck. Sklada spreads her wings and shoots into the sky without warning, and Sloth squealed, "HEY, WARN US NEXT--" but his protests were cut off as the wind whistled past their ears. Higher they climbed, until they stopped. After the wind, which sounded like a hall of roaring dragons, died down, it was oddly silent. Sklada hovered there, looking down at the earth and assessing threats.
Sloth squawked again. Void was shaking on Sklada's back, his scales a pea-soup green- the color of fear.
Void:¨Whats the threat? LEMME AT IT. I WANT THEIR THROAT AT MY TALONS SO I CAN CLAW AT IT AS I DESIRE.¨ Sloth looks at Void as if she suddenly turned into a talking fruit tree. Void flexes her talons despite her fear.
"Stop that," Sklada snaps, "If it is an immortal dragon like me you stand no chance. If you try to kill it with your magic your soul will be sucked out of your body and evaporated, leaving you an emotionless shell. Let's assess what's happening, because it might not be a threat."
Void:¨Fair fair.¨
She shudders at the thought of being an emotionless shell. Sloth puts one talon on Voids shoulder to comfort her. ¨Void? That has to be her, Sloth is there. But who is..¨ The air near them whispers
A Sea/Rain hybrid nearly falls out of the sky. Void barres into her. ¨Rose! Your supposed to be with the dragonets!¨ The hybrid smiles softly and scratches her frill. ¨ForeSeer came early and Moss said I was good to go¨ Void rolls her eyes and then turns to Sklada. Gesturing to the hybrid she sighs ¨This is one of my hybrid friends I told you about earlier¨
¨I wasnt folowing you I was following my best friend Void.¨ She snaps.
Void sighs but nods. Void also begins to turn pea green once more. ¨What about the ´threat´?¨
¨I AM AN ANIMUS! I SHOULD COUNT AS DANGEROUS!¨ She growls turning deep red. Void whacks the pink-ish red dragon turning deep red with her wing. Sloth raises a talon to stop them but puts it down again. ¨Rise go back. Go moon over your future husband or the dragonets.¨ Void tells the hybrid kindly but firm. Rose begins to protest but camoflauges and flies off
Lost looks at the dragon, “I’m your savior? What makes you think I’ll save a dragon that I just met?”.
She crossed her arms.
