Ire is the second known Rage user in the lore so far! He's super stressed out all the time, instead of angry. His ability lets him increase his strenght the more stressed he is. The black spots around his heart tell his stress level. If he gets to max stress, it engulfs his body. He is as strong as steam, if not stronger.
