It's the fact that it CAN move whenever it pleases, it just chooses not to. It's playing a game with you. It gets some sort of sick pleasure watching you stare at it, thinking about your next move. Knowing damn well it could kill you right then and there. BUT IT?? DOESNT?? i hate it but i love it
