Your art is nice and very aesthetic, but in some places your lines are messy/not very smooth, so I'd work on that. In this piece, if you look at the hands, you can see that some lines overlap weirdly and are just not too clean if you know what I mean? Overall your anatomy is very good! But one can always improve in that department lol I'd also work on shading, I can tell you're really improving but in some places it doesn't make sense. I like how you gave the hair volume but maybe with a different shading technique it could be even better. I like to draw a light source, it helps me. Mmm also you know how you often use low opacity and add dots all over the place? Usually it gives off a nice effect but in some places it's a little messy :0

Oh yeah about shading it seems like in some places there's too little shading And you know on the heart? I'd add shading/volume there, plus i'd recolor the lineart to a dark red sorry if i didn't make any sense
