LinkIm going to the therapist 3days after my birthday,and i wanted to tell my therapist im trans but i cant.
Bcs yesterday i asked my mom if people can talk to therapists alone, she said no because im a miNoR and she looked at me asking me multiple times "what you not want to tell me" and kept asking and acted *****y lol,
Also yesterday i cried at dinner

you basically have reasons, like reasonable reasons to not expose your secrets.
There are reasons why therapists keep privacy of their clients' problems
Yeah,i researched about my therapist, and they work with transgender issues,, but my mom has to be there.
So do i just come out beside her in therapy or keep quiet/write a letter?
why does ur mom has to be there, i mean like you do require a trustworthy guardian but ur mom isnt-
I do suggest coming out tho.

3 days ago i was slightly mute, she tried to talk to me and i responded with the truth, that im scared of her, of course she told me not to be but after yesterday the way she pressured me into anwsering her im freaked out
