Just slap on colors from the paint roller thing on the paper after drawing the shape of my OC - Diamond, and if you want her to glow, just put on white color on the paint roller thing and it glows. Put hair on her face, it can be behind her, on the other side of the face if she's in profile position, like it shows here, but you could do this for fun - make the hair on her face, like the one that's behind her on the other side of her face you see, and make it light BLUE.
