Take a deep breath , it’s not gonna help if your freaking out , shake out all the jitters , cause you can do it, stare at the wall , ask eye contact with some people in the audience, say your speech with passion , show the audience that you know what you talking about
its for life skills and heres the thing we are talking about ourselves. We are suppose to say our names at least 10 times in the speech and not look at our notes . and i dont feel comfortable doing that. but its not like i have a choice . i dont care if it is for a grade. im doing it. i rather get a bad grade than lie to myself
Well I wish you the best of luck dude , I bet you’ll do great ! , trust me back in middle school I had to do them all the time , it’s scary but it’s worth it
