Linki started harming myself
i cut myself whenever i got the chance to
i had a journal FILLED with suicide notes, depressing drawings that a 7th grader shouldn't be drawing.. and now they're there forever
i cant take the scars away
so every time i look down. at my wrists, legs wherever , i see whats wrong with me

LinkThere is nothing wrong with you
I was in 5th grade when I started self harm, 2 years ago. My therapist and I call them my "battle scars" because I was fighting a mental battle but I got through it.
We all have our own battle scars, mentally, emotionally, and/or physically. We just need to learn to accept them for what they are. They aren't gonna go away so you might as well accept them, right?

LinkIf you can't accept it, look past it. Maybe wear something to cover it up so you don't have to look at it. When you shower or bathe, close your eyes unless you are grabbing something or just try to look away from them.

LinkTry to slowly accept it over time. Possibly get a therapist (if you don't already have one, and it would be best to do it online because of current events) to help you talk it out.
