The only thing that have an ecception is "names" in some cases because... you can be creative as you want with names and make one up the the world has never seen.

and art styles... ART STYLE THEFT IS IMPOSSIBLE. yes you can have a simmilar or the same way of drawing something, but that does not mean your stealing it. say you have a simmilar style to a guy name jack, and you have the same way of drawing people, well, that doesn't mean that they didn't steal that style cause jack didn't copywrite that style, and art styles are always changing, so... if jack says that that person (lets just say that person is named suzy) if jack says to suzy : "your stealing my style" or the other way around, it would be a lie, CAUSE THEY ARN'T STEALING (srry for caps)

yeah, i just hate when people say stupid stuff like "your stealing my style of drawing eyes"
