i feel like i cant allow myself 2 take this seriously coz im so used to self deprecation that whenever i feel bad im jus like. shut up itz not that bad ur just overreacting like a little cringe naenae baby lol. like!!! this huge traumatic event that messed me up so bad i just panic whenever someone so much az touchez my shoulder liek..... it happened in a johnz incredible pizza near the broken skiiball machinez. thatz super random and silly lole<3333 itz not that big of a deal prolly but. it just really sucked and the emotionz i felt that day never reallt went away im constantly in a state of panic, anxiety, and overstimulation. and just. being around *him* made it way worse and i cant stop thinking about him im terrified of having 2 talk to him i dont wanna go back to school what if he feelz likeitz just something that i'll get over if he sayz sorry but i dont think sorry will fix the amount of damage caused by this and since i process emotionz weirdly uhsj it made everything super bad
