Like Now it all makes sense I get how she’s toxic I’m also gonna ask her if I can see a therapist because I’ve been depressed and emotionally crappy lately so I’ll fill you in as that goes on I guess

I feel you. My mental state was horrible after I had a panic attack. Ive always been pretty suicidal, I just try to hide it. Just try not to wander into the darkness of your mind. If you start thinking bad thoughts, try and focus on something else. About the toxic mom thing, My dad is the toxic one so.... I sunno what to say
