1. Music is the first main way I stay up but, it cant be just any music. When I want to stay up I use music that you are able to put on loop without it getting boring to listen to. I have found that a good way to find these is by going though animation memes and finding one that you really like. I like to use Change the Formality, Solder, Poet, King, and Happy Halloween.

2. I like to use things like laughter to keep me up as well. If I am able to find something that makes me laugh I like to play it on loop so that I can keep laughing about how amazing it but, most of the time this only helps for a few minutes. So I enjoy finding series that are made to make you laugh but, have new things added each time so it doesn't get old. I like to use Markipliers try not to laugh and WCA ( Warrior Cats Animated )

3. If you are ever on low energy at anytime the first thing I think of doing is eating food. This of course works for the night time as well so if you have some kind of food item that is easy to make and doesn't take much time to prep then it should be goo for using to boost your energy which will allow you to stay up longer. I normally us things like Roman, candy, or a sugery drink.

4. Everyone always says you shouldn't be on your phone of eletronics a hour before bed, so if we dont plan on going to bed then whats the problem. for me if I have some sort of light on around me it helps me to stay awake. Idk know why but, when ever there is some sort of light in a dark room that I can focus on then it makes it harder for my body to want to sleep. I just play on my devices or sometimes keep my lights on.
