Sometimes my girlfriend makes me upset but i dont tell her because she goes through a lot and i dont want her to feel bad im willing to deal with it i just want to write it somewhere sometimes she gets sad and feels like shes a horrible girlfriend a lot and i dont want her to feel like that because she isnt i told her about stuff that made me upset but like a year after it happened and she still thinks about it and is upset with herself over it and i just dont want to do any more harm than i already have

I get a little ticked off woth her sometimes over it im not very good to her sometimes because i get passive aggressive and then i feel bad about it later but im a little controlling i think ive gotten better at not being as controlling though because i know its bad i dont know i used to get really jealous before we were dating but i knew it was bad to make her not talk to people i just made her block my friends who wanted to be her friend but thats stoll bad but i stopped being like that im just idk sometimes i dont trust shes making a good decision and ill make her do something i think would be good for her based on what i mnow about her circumstance but sometimes she doesnt want to and my brain automatically thinks since she doesnt want to do what im recommending shes doing that i feel would be good for her shes being self destructive and thsts bad so somethings obviously wrong and then i beg her to and i lay off when im like wait its her choice not mine even if i feel like shes doing it to harm herself

i cant be honest with people at all id rather pretend im wrong than have someone else feel embarrassed i cant tell people when they make me upset
