Your OC is a friend of Toxic's, and it's obvious that he is grateful to have you since he doesn't have any other friends.
You also know that he is a mutant.
So one day you go to the chemical plant he works and lives at and look for him.
When you can't find him you hear a splash go into a vat of chemicals nearby, so you check it out.
When you see the top of the vat you see Toxic in there just lounging around and floating in there.
WWYD?
This can also be a ship since he is bi.

Toxic: *he sighed and started swimming towards the edge of the vat* ...

Toxic: That was basically my bath. Why are you here anyway? This place is closed for the night.
Toxic: *he nodded a bit and got out of the vat, his robotic arm seemed to be alright even though it was in the chemicals* I'll give you a tour then.
Toxic: *he walked back out in a overly large t-shirt and some shorts then started walking around*
Toxic: *he started talking, showing him the different machines that pumped chemicals to the different parts of the building*
Toxic: *he looked back at him, a bit confused* What are you doing? It looks like you're recording everything with your head.
Toxic: *he thought for a second like his brain was buffering then he nodded* Makes sense, let's continue.
Toxic: *once he was done with the tour he started going upstairs to his room* ...If you want to come up you can.
Toxic: *he thought for a second then shrugged* I guess, just tell me before you leave.
Toxic: *he watched him silently from the window in his room, wondering what he was looking for*
Toxic: Let me see what they are first. *he took the vials slowly and tried not to drop them, looking at them with expert eyes*
Toxic: *he handed two of the vials back, keeping one in his hand* Those two are flammable. This one is explosive if you drop it...I'm keeping it with me.
Toxic: *he yawned a bit* It's corrosive as well, just like those two. Only this one is worse, if it touches any kind of skin it will infect it and corrode it as well.
Toxic: ...It's not safe though...I don't want you getting hurt... *he looked away slightly since he really cared about him, he was Toxic's only friend and he didn't want to lose him*
Toxic: ...Maybe...I might. *he sighed and put the vial in a little holder on the desk with papers on it, the papers had drawings on them*
Toxic: *he nodded a bit and started drawing, looking at him every time he made a line*
Toxic: *he quickly looked up at him with cautious eyes* It would level the entire city in a nuclear explosion.
Toxic: ...What are you doing? Are you going to mix them?! *he started freaking out inside his head*
Toxic: *he started shivering in fear and he ducked down then covered his head*
Toxic: *when he heard the explosion he stopped shivering, it was obvious that he was relieved that it didn't break* ...
Toxic: Tell me. *he walked past him and jumped onto the bed*
Toxic: ...Can you tell me what it is?
(Toxic has to get kidnapped by someone.)

Toxic: ...Are you planning to destroy the lab you work at?
Toxic: *he nodded and took off his mask, the multiple scars that lined his face being shown for the first time* ...

Toxic: These are chemical burns from before I became a mutant. *he traced a few scars slowly*
Toxic: *he nodded a bit* It's late, I should be going to bed.
Toxic: ... *he nodded a bit and hugged Azure in appreciation*
Toxic: *he got out of the vat and went to go take a shower*
Toxic: I thought I told you this already-
I wear the mask so it can filter clear air into polluted air so I can actually breathe since my lungs are infected.
Toxic: *he walked back out after showering and put on a overly large t-shirt and some shorts* ...
Toxic: Alright then, I'm going to my room so if you want you can either come up with me or leave. *he walked off to the stairs nearby*
Toxic: *he opened the door to his room and walked in, flopping onto the bed*
Toxic: *he looked at you then rushed to the door* DON'T TOUCH THAT!!
Toxic: *he smelled the chemicals coming out of the vats and woke up quickly* WHAT ARE YOU DOING?!!?!
Toxic: ...Do you know what those are? They're extremely reactive once mixed together...like...leveling an entire city reactive...
Toxic: Well...if you mix them make sure to take them out into the desert...
Toxic: Just do it! Put them away and leave! *he seemed a bit panicked now*
Toxic: *he rushed upstairs to his room and started screaming in fear*
Toxic: *he ran back downstairs and started pushing you out of the building* No no no, this is a personal t-t-thing. Get out.
Toxic: o-o I SAID GET OUT! GET OUT BEFORE HE FINDS YOU!! *he pushed you out of the building and closed the door quickly*
Toxic: *he walked off and ignored the question while a tall figure quickly stalked to him*
Stalker: *he looked at the door and screeched since he can't speak*
Toxic: Calm down. It was a friend.
Stalker: FffffrrrrrrieeeenndddDD? *he looked at Toxic and tilted his head*
Toxic: Yes, a friend. Go back to your room brother.
Stalker: *he held out his long arms wide, wanting a hug from Toxic*
Toxic: ... *he hugged Stalker tight*
Stalker: *he hugged back and seemed to smile a bit*
Toxic: *he smiled and let go* I'm going to bed.
Stalker: *he nodded and walked off, bending over so he can pass through the door*
Toxic: *he walked up the stairs again then saw you in the window* !!!
Stalker: *his face instantly got in front of the window you were looking in from, he screeched and started headbutting it*
Toxic: *he pulled Stalker away from the window* NO NO NO!!
Stalker: *he screeched louder and knocked Toxic over, sending him directly into a stone pillar and hitting Toxic's head against it hard*
Toxic: *he passed out from the hit, blood covering the pillar where his head collided with it*
Stalker: *he looked at Toxic and blinked then shook him, trying to wake him up*
Toxic: *he didn't wake up*
Stalker: *he looked around and picked up Toxic, screeching loudly in anger*
Toxic: *he twitched a bit but didn't wake up*
Stalker: *it was now visible that he was crying in both sadness and anger*
Stalker: *he blinked a bit and threw Toxic into a vat of chemicals* ...
Toxic: *his body sunk under the surface of the chemicals*

Stalker: *he backed away a bit, feeling bad now*
Toxic: *he got out of the chemicals and looked around* If you're still here you should leave!
Stalker: *he looked around then spotted you, he screeched loudly and tried attacking you*
Stalker: !!! *he screeched in fear and started to go towards the door*
Toxic: *he looked at you and blinked* Don't hurt him!
Stalker: *he ran through the door and went to his room quickly*
Toxic: *he watched Stalker leave then he looked at you and growled* Why are you still here?!
Toxic: Of course I was okay! Now leave! Come back tomorrow or something!
Toxic: *he shut the door after he left and locked it then walked up to his room and got on the bed, falling asleep quickly*
*two hours later when the sun rose*
Toxic: *he woke up and yawned* =w=
Toxic: *he opened the door slightly and sighed* Why did you stay here?
Toxic: Yeah but you could have gone home. Not stayed here.
Toxic: ...Oh...I'm sorry. *he pulled you up onto your feet*
Toxic: *he took you inside and looked around for Stalker, then he took you upstairs once the coast was clear*
Toxic: *he looked at you and tilted his head* ...What's wrong?
Toxic: You're not telling me something, tell me what's wrong.
Toxic: >w> So who did you get attacked by? Because me and Stalker are the only two we know of.
Toxic: Hm. I've never heard of more mutants. That's pretty cool. *he smiled a bit under the mask*
Toxic: *he jumped a bit and blinked, surprised by her being there* ...Y-Yeah.
Toxic: ...I know. You'd probably melt. *he started getting out of the vat*
Toxic: >w> Okay then. *he got out of the vat and walked off to the showers*
Toxic: *he walked back out after showering and sighed, he had put on an overly large t-shirt and some shorts* Why are you here?
Toxic: *he got out of the chemicals and went off to the showers* Why are you two here?
Toxic: You're in a toxic chemical plant, it's where I live and work. *he started walking upstairs*
Toxic: *he sighed and looked at them* Do you want me to explain things or not?
Toxic: Then come up here to my room, it's okay. I won't bite, probably. *he chuckled a bit and walked into his room*
Toxic: *he took off his mask and smiled, revealing the scars on his face* I won't bite.

Toxic: ...Ivy? Nice name. *he turned around and started drawing something*
Toxic: *he looked up at Ivy and sighed, grabbed her wrist and bringing her down to the floor* -w-

Toxic: *he tackled her when she was about to fall into a very hazardous chemical* STOP IT! WHAT YOU ARE DOING IS VERY DANGEROUS!
