Hey, hey, it’s okay. You’re not a baby, nor are you stupid. It’s okay to need a stuffed animal, it’s not hurting anyone or anything. If it makes you feel safe, you should do it. It’s not dumb, or silly, or anything like that. It’s okay. As long as you’re comfortable, it doesn’t matter what people think of it
If you feel safe enough to bring it, try not to let anyone get to you if they say anything, okay?
It’s ok to need a stuffed animal to get you through the day, even if it’s not the “norm.” As long as it helps, it’s ok.
