You also know that he tries to avoid people due to his sickness getting worse and flowers growing on his right side of his face. One day, your OC was sitting at the café when they saw Cole with this girl. They were walking on the other end of the street. Wwyd?

J: *she started at her outfit for a second, dark Blue Jeans and a grey T-shirt with a crossed eye emoji that had it's tongue sticking out* "I mean, what ever he wants to wear he can wear, but yeah dude at least wear a T-shirt"
Jane: "yeah you might turn into spongebob and Patrick without water"
*she pulled out a small pack of fruity snacks and started munching on them*
