There’s a reason he covers his eyes at all costs, and he’s not the best at English now. Most of what he says sounds like gibberish to people around him, but occasionally he’ll say actual human words. Besides that, he’s actually a lot smarter than he looks. I won’t explain too much about him because his new design is a work in progress and will likely change from this.
