I mean, that's normal? Some people start younger, there's nothing wrong with that as long as it's kept private for the minor's safety. But the fact that someone who's 11 is talking about that publicly is just... awful and dangerous. Hopefully nobody tries to target them for anything, don't blame the minor for it, though. It'd be nice if they knew better, but you don't know what could be going on in their life. Just report any anims or comments they may make about it and try to inform them why they shouldn't talk about it, ig.
