Linkso i started having sleep paralysis a few days ago
i cant sleep anymore and i cant take it

I've never had it but sounds annoying as fu​ck, I'd be kicking over my desk and punching a wall every time I wake up
if you can give yourself a rush of adrenaline when you're getting it, possibly you can wake up since it's a type of lucid dream iirc
might not be a good long term solution if you're not good at going back to sleep though
That sounds like it sucks :/- I've never had paralysis but I'm 99% sure I have insomnia
