Third time's a charm right? What it is: Design a character of a certain species (in rules), note that pieces are not fully judged on art quality, but rather rely on the design. Rules: The character must be either a cat, or a dutch angel dragon. The character must incorporate white, light greys, and blue in the design. Accessories not permitted. (collar, scarf, clothing, etc.) Injuries or disabilities aren’t usable. The character must be male. The character should not be assigned a name, as it will be changed. Colors usable are; blue, white, grey, black, green, purple, red, pink (shades of blue and grey are permitted) (I will keep the character as and OC >:3) PRIZES- (2 winners) 1st place: fanart w/ shading, follow, like 2nd place: fanart, follow, like Contest ends April 18th, 2018 [2 weeks] (or earlier if the computer is set up by then) Be creative, have plenty of markings and shades of colors!
