Ok. tropic is Flower's.. He saved her (When the egg she was in was falling to the cliffs to break like that on SkyWing egg in the begging of WoF. Remember?). He's the dragon here (The one not in the egg. Also the reason why Flower hates SeaWings is because a SeaWing convinced a NightWing to drop her egg onto the cliffs. She doesn't hate NightWings because the NightWing was a rebel).
