It was Spring, The time of flowers and birds migrating back. Connor had return from traveling around the forest from winter, avoiding hunters and hanging out with fawns.
Tigris was in a field, helping a mother rabbit get her babies to the rabbit hole.
Connor chuckled as a young fawn headbutted his side. He playfully pushed them off.
He careful set a rabbit into the hole before yawning, laying down in the field. He had grown out of his shirt and wore his hoodie around his waist.
Connor watched as the fawns ran back to their mothers. He was happy to see them play. Now Connor was going to see has friend once again.
Tigris stared at the families of different animals. But he didn't see his friend.
Connor was in the woods running. Seeing the familiar terrain as he jump silently. then trotting to the edge of the greenery.
Tigris sat in the middle of the field, his coat was smooth and glossy. Shining aginast the sunlight.
Connor moved some bushes to see the field. He chuckled and stepped out. Since his last meeting, Connor had grown a second pair of horns. The second pair curling under his ears.
Tigris acted like he didn't see him. Laying down in a bed of flowers.
Connor chuckled and slowly walked up behind him. Soon he was looking over him. Covering the sun from trigis's eyes. "Hey there"
Tigris grinned. " your not very good on sneaking up on me" he sat up, stretching.
He chuckled. "Well I'm not sure to be offended or joked" he asked in a fake angry voice. His tail wagged in delight.
Tigris chuckled. " please i mean no offense. Honestly my reputation has gone down sense you were gone." He stood up, yawning.
he smiled softly. Then a face of excitement was shown, "Hey, ti, See anything different?", he asked. As he walked around Tigris with a grin.
Tigris chuckled. " besides your horns i don't think anything is different. Still that little goat i tried to hunt down a while back." He said this with a amused look on his face.
Connor chuckled "I'm hurt! I thought they're A Big difference one me! I look double 'cooler'" he stated. A herd of deer can be seen in the short distance. He took a glance at them.
Tigris looked over, before slinging an arm over connor's shoulder. " i'm just joking with ya."
He nodded and laughed,"So how have you been? I see that new coat on you" he comment with a smile.
Tigris chuckled. " good, kinda lonely without ya during the winters but i survived."
Connor nodded, but before he was able to say anything else he was side clashed with the horns of a male buck. He pushes Tigris with his body from the impact but soon confronted the Buck.
Conner soon realized this was the leader of the herd he used to room with. He tried the back up to show he didn't want to fight. The Buck insested, even glancing over at Tigris.
Soon the two clashing horns. But what would happen.
The buck was pushed away. Connor soon looked over at tigris nervously.
He huffed. Glancing over at connor. He chuckled. " your horns are still to short to take on a buck like him" he grinned. Before focusing om the buck.
The buck huffed and growled,"This is between me and him, predator-" he growled in stance," His position under the herd must change" he challenge. This was like two brothers in a fight.
He grinned. " aren't i in this herd as well?" He paused. Before huffing. "Oh who am i kidding. You don't think predators can change. Now lets get this started."
The herd was now around them. whispers were heard "Is he supposed to do that?"..."the predator is part of the herd? how?"..."What's going on?"..."Show the hybrid some manners!" one yelled. Connor looked to the side.
His ear twitched. Glancing over where that voice was heard. Not letting his guard down.
It was a doe. One very snooty and strict. the doe let out a sound. "Hey! I was talking! This Creature we have in our herd must prove himself, as well as his friend" he commanded.
He chuckled. " i'm whats called a nangular sweetheart. Ever heard of them?" He glanced over at the buck.
The leading buck shifted and glared. Connor doesn't like this situation as he ears flicked.
He glanced at connor. " Connor doesn't need to fight. Plus i don't want him breaking a horn. Espically with those new ones." He glared at the buck.
the buck huffed. "Very well, but It will cost you to leave my herd" he growled looking at Connor.
He grinned. "Why not we buck horns and find out if i stay or go?" The markings on his horns glowed dimly*
The Buck went into stance. His marks darkening on his fur. Connor stood in the side lines as the older doe kept him back.
He huffed, getting into stance. Claws digging into the ground.
The buck ran and clashed. Pushing with force as his 8 tips met Tigris's.
He growled, keeping his ground as his horns hooked onto the bucks.

He grinned, swinging his head to the side. The tip of his horns were dangerously close to the bucks head.
He grinned. Swinging his head to the side violently, throwing the buck down.
the buck landed with a thud. It was silent, he admitted defeat. there were cheers after word as connor chuckled at the bucks loss.
Tigris stretched. Before feeling his horns for any cracks. He chuckled softly. " that was a good one" he glanced over at the doe, smirking.
The doe was frustrated but looked away with a huff. Connor come over with a smile, he was happy.

The herd seem to calm soon after, giving tigris smiles. The buck seemed bitter but backed off from another fight.

Connor was soon dragged off by some fawns, whispering a small 'help me..' before being taken by the giggle fawns.
He chuckled, before being bombarded by a couple does. He stuttered nervously.
Connor was tackled by the fawns as he tried and listen to the conversation between the doe's and tigris.
He chuckled. " g-girls settle down there is no need to be like this-" he backed away, ears pinned back.
Connor sat up and made a plan with the fawns. They giggle from a far as a grin grew on connors face.
He managed to escape the does and went to sit on a rock. He seemed stressed from the does.
Connor snuck up with the fawns and they began to throw flowers at him, one throwing strange leaves as he was the youngest. they ran to hide.

He chuckled at the strange leaves, taking the flowers and leaves and making a small imagine of a buck. He walked off to ckimb a tree and take a nap.
They observed from the sidelines as they giggles, Connor shushing them as they saw him sleeping.
He laid on the tree branch, sleeping soundly. His tail laid limply off the branch.
Time flew by as they soon tide him to the tree with strong vines. They dust there faces with mud in markings.
He woke up, pausing for a moment. Before grumbling. " connor!"
"Ho! Ha!" The fawns said in time. Mud covering their fur. Leaves in necklaces around their necks as connor walked in dramatically with a crown of leaves and mud on his chest, like a warrior. "The Chef Of The herd has arrived!" one of the fawns roleplayed.
He paused, before grinning. He looked over at connor, resisting the urge to laugh.
"Yes, It is I The Chief of the herd, And what this this?" he questioned at tigris. "It's the dragon that sleep in the ancient deer tree leader!" one of the fawns said.
He stuck his forked tongue out. " indeed i did, and the dragon shall slumber in the tree once again" he chuckled.
The fawns gasped "It speaks!" they out let out a gasp. COnnor was quiet,"So it seems it can speak, and walk does the dragon say about Me and my army?" he asked in a 'menacing voice'.
He grinned. " it has no match more in my skills, leader" he smiled, his tail twotched a bit.

"Oh really?" Connor said. the fawns grin at each other.
He nodded. " indeed, oh great leader" he stared at connor, smiling.
Connor glared with his red eyes, the shadows giving him a dark looking aura. He walked face to face with connor, and he said "And Why is that?". There were O's from the fawns.
He paused, nervous for a moment before getting and idea. He just simply stuck is tongue out at him, snickering.
Connor seem to want to laugh but hid it. He huffed and back up, "get um' my warriors" he muttered" the fawns yelled out attacks they began the throw mud at him, they giggling. Even Connor chuckled.
He laughed. " noo my weakness!" He giggled before he got hit in the face with one. " i can't see."
They began to attack each other laughing and giggling. Connor joined in but soon walked over towards Tigris and whipped the mud off his eyes. "Hello there Dragon"
He chuckled. " hello grrat leader of the herd." He smiled. " can you untie me now?"
He smiled as he chuckled, "Do you admit defeat, great Dragon?" he replied.
he chuckled and pulled a small vine and it all went undone. "Thank you for your defeat great dragon now we must stop my army" he said looking back to the mud covered fawns.
He smirked. Before making a small roar to get their attention. He was trying not to scare them too.

The fawns stopped and they stared before giggle. Connor chuckled and laughed at the site of 7 fawns in the mud.
He chuckled. " alright you little soldiers lets get cleaned up" he smiled.
connor nodded and they visited the river. they jumped and splashed the shallow. connor was in the deeper side of the river but was standing on his two hind legs making the water 12 feet deep.
Tigris laid in the shallow end, watching over the fawns. Every once in a while dipping his head into the water.
Connor washed his fur as he smiled. He glanced over at the fawns making sre they're okay.
He helped the youngest fawn stay in the shallow end. Before shaking off any excess water.
Connor laughed at him. But soon saw some does walking towards the river.
He looked over at the does, before sitting down on a rock. Trying to dry off.
They were the mothers of some of the fawns and just come to pick them up. only 4 fawns were left in the river laughing. Connor soon swam over towards tigris.
He was fixing his fur while watching the fawns. He looked over at connor.
He waved over and sat underwater his head poking out. He sighed as a fawn sat on his shoulder
Connor looked over in confusion as he told the fawns to hide below the water, with their heads out. they cuddled around him.
He constantly looked around, he couldn't pin point this smell. It seemed like it was constantly moving.
Connor went on alert as his ears pinned back. his arms around the fawns.
He froze, staring behind the fawns and connor. Staring at a cougar.
Connor stopped breathing as he felt the breath of the large cat. The fawns wanted to run but they froze.
He ran towards them, roaring and lunging at the cat. The cat yowled and scratched at tigris.
Connor grabbed the fawns and took them to hide. Connor wanted to help but he had to protect the small fawns first.
Tigris was scratching and biting at the cougar. Rolling around in the mud. Until the cougar locked its jaws into his shoulder. He roared in pain.
Connor come out of nowhere and rammed his head into the cougar. You must remember that goats are known for their sharp hooves and powerful headbutt. he tried to do as must damage as he can.
The cougar fled and ran off into the bushes. Tigris had a couple scratches, beside the huge gash in his shoulder. He looked ok. But you could tell he was exhausted.
connor looked worried as he helped him up. "Come on ti, we must get those battle scars healed" he muttered.
"They ran off from the hiding place and went back to their mothers Tigris" he smiled,"But Now I must worry about you now"
He coughed a bit. " its nothing to serious.." he groaned, he stumbled a bit.
"hmm, nope you are laying in bed ti" he said as they entered the cave.
He chuckled. " i'm fine, con. I could have handled alot more than that cougar-" he went into a coughing fit.
He laid there, chuckling. " the fawns are gunna see me as a hero now."
He chuckled. " i'm sure shes just mad to have a new protector of the herd." He winced slightly.
He laid there, before drifting off and falling asleep. Purring quietly.
Connor went back to check on the small fawns, they were alright as they asked about tigris. He told them the story as there eyes turned to stars.
He snored quietly, smiling and his tail twitching as he shifted.
They laughed as they asked questions which he happily answered.

He woke up to the sound of twigs snapping. He groaned as he sat up.
(Hold up we need a plan)
connor began to head back to the cave with spearmint leafs.

he made some tea as he held a wooden cup. "hello there" he greeted.

Tigris smiled. " hello, con." He chuckled.
( Ha same but we must have compassion if we making this a crush)
He nodded and handed him the tea "Just drink it" he said.
( yes, that is what we need.)
He paused, before sipping it. Blushing a small bit.
He coughed a bit, but continued to drink his tea. Seeming in thought.
his fluffed his coat as he looked over, "so how is it? Sorry if it's bad, I'm still learning" he said nervously.
He chuckled. " little to much peppermint, yet again thats just me." He smiled.
He smiled "Alright, I'll keep that in mind" then a figure was seen at the doorway of the cave.
he turned to see the figure in confusion till he smiled and ran over towards them with a hug, it was Alo.
"Tigris this is my childhood friend Alo! He's a novela!" he greeted,"Hi!" Alo said.
He waved lazily, yawning. " if hes cool with you i'm cool with ya.."
ALo hug connor again as Connor laughed. He was Six legged with a dark coat with spots.
He became jealous when alo hugged connor. Huffed and looking away.
He huffed. " Tigris." His voice was like his old self, angry and serious.
Alo smiled "So tigris?" he said before connor butted in. "How about we all go chill down to the oaks?" he asked.
connor helped him as the arrive soon after to the great oak. Alo smiled as he was close to connor.
