I feel like im having a panic attack but worse. my heart is beating so fast that i can hear it in a silent room. my breathing is so fast and no matter how hard i try i cant slow it. i have a sinking feeling in my gut, and nausea. I feel dizzy and lightheaded. and im shaking SO MUCH
