they waited till he was 5 till they could send him to earth but before that he got bullied by others cause is style was unique
When they sent him to earth he had to survive a year hunting for fruit
and then keel found him and took him in even though he was born as a creature that hates saiyans but he did not hate saiyans he thought they were cool
