You can always just shut your bedroom door, lock it and listen to music or do what you like doing, just try to remember if it ends up in something bad, just try to think positive, that happened to me and life is really peaceful now, if you need someone to talk to I’m here okay? Linkso,there`s basically four voices in my head,constantly fighting.
and they won`t shut up.
and they`re judging and fighting over my every single move.
and I cannot get them to be quiet for one ****ing minute.
and it`s upsetting me
