How do you make a copy of a drawing and put it on another animation? Like what you did with the candle

Well this time I just pressed the button with 2 papers with a plus sign in the middle but if you press the settings/gear button there will be two buttons a red and a green the one with the arrow pointing up you press to copy and then press the down to paste
