hey there, you're honestly so brave for putting yourself out there like that. and also I understand what you're going through, you see, I have OCD, ADD and I'm an introvert, so it can be hard to make friends or even talk to people in general. and when I started having problems I didn't tell anyone, so Started cutting and doing stupid shit like that, but I eventually came out of my shell and started telling people about my problems and They helped me! so don't be afraid to talk to friends and famly. kay?
