Well, your art looks like it's improving fast, so don't worry! and sometimes, your personality is enough. If you would like, here's some art tips to improve. 1: try to make more balance anatomy, for the characters body, mabey a thinner neck, wider shoulders, wider stomach, and just overall more proportional. mabey start looking at real people or other artist you like. Even if your art is styleisd, you need to know the rules to break them. 2: Shading and lighting. Shading and lighting can tie your piece together or bring it down, in your art, you are overshading, especially since your art is more cartoony, there should be less shading, plus the shading need to correspond to a light source, so it makes sense. The shading in your art should tone down on the neck-bone-things, because it seems you over shaded and their red. 3: Sketch and simplify. Draw a sketchy layer before your final outline. you may do many sketches, but it will improve your line smoothness, and overall art. anyways, i hope these are useful

I recommend you invest into a drawing tablet, get a cheap one first and work your way up. It won't make you instantly better, but it will make things easier.
