A lot of people will say “don’t listen to the voices!1!!1” in their inspirational videos, but what they don’t know is that it’s not niot THAT easy. It’s like saying, “just stop thinking and keep your mind blank!”.
I never even saw my feeling so as voices, just as me. TBH, it’s pretty cleche as well to call them voices
