I always watch YouTube to go to sleep,cause I have a sleeping disorder which makes me be hyper 24/7 and never get tired like a coffee machine that doesn’t run out,so when I want to go to bed, I watch YouTube so I get tired cause it’s like a sleeping medicine pill for me and helps me to get tired so I can sleep every night,UwU
