Just gonna assume that the Grid-Background-Scar is on the lower part of the body then-

so yeah after some shit went down she went legally blind in one eye, she is currently able to still glow in the dark, tho is lost and hasn't been able to find any living people (found a couple of dead people i think) and is living off cardboard boxes and some piss water
currently too weak to go into reality {aight i think axo actually opens portals to hide in peoples room no shit]
axo is still really ****ing good at hiding, just lost af rn
due to axo being literally default colors her palette hasn't changed much
her gird scar is on her feet, thus causing axo to wear boots becuase walking normally hurts too damn much, axo can no longer float in her sleep (yeah she did that at times, its nuts) catch random loose souls
axo's anxiety s getting hella out of hand, and yeah im pretty sure axo can't open any more portals to reality
