my mom's been sick recently but not like to the point she needs to go to the hospital or anything like that YET the thought that she may die still struck me and i had a small anxiety attack because of that :D i dont really remember how i acted but i mostly just sorta felt really sad and uncomfortable sorta like i couldn't breathe?? idk i mean does that even count as an anxiety attack
