first one; the colours are more appealing together, as well as being decently aesthetic to some. the second one's colours are too bright (especially with the background choice, god my eyes) and are unappealing to most. some colours that work together are (IF USED PROPERLY) - navy and grey - purple and green (i wouldnt recommend this one if it weren't for some artists to perfectly master this combo.) - pink (maybe a more pastel or hot pink) and blue - black and white - yellow and black/white - green and blue - blue and navy just trying to give criticism!! hope it helps.
