okay so

he is like this because he has a disease that his heart can only be stable for a few months to a year and he also has another disease where his heart is a colorful shape instead of a normal heart and because of those two he has to put a shape in the place where his heart is every mostly every year and he does not get the same shape every time but he can so when he does get a new shape to replace another shape the shape randomly appears on his body in different places so he knows that he has had that shape before
