I have a very bad chewing habit where almost everything I see is put in my mouth and chewed (no wonder i was teased)

I like chewing stuff. Erasers, wires, rubber bands, fingers, Anything soft I chew! (at least not living things [exept fingers])

And the funny thing is... I didn't put stuff into my mouth until 7 years :D (wow what about maturing)

I suffer from this for maybe anxiety but NOT LIKE I KNOW
