Circus is an eccentric alien. He is Moon's Frenemy- they spend a lot of time bantering about how they will kill the other, but anyone who knows them can see that it's never going to happen.
He sells illegal weaponry.
Circus: *leaning against a wall, just inside an alley, watching the passerby*
Circus: ... *eying someone across the street*
Eliphaz: *walking swiftly, his head down*
Circus: *snears*
