LinkThe fist of these is a recreation of a very yound child's drawing a circle for qa head, a round circle body, and sticks for limbs. The second is a recreation of the common style on here, with a big round head, smaller body, tiny thin limbs.
I feel the similarities should be highlighted, because they both suck for a similar reason. You are drawing what you think you see, not what you actually see.
Partially it's that ypou aren't studying the actual features of areal human, partially you are trying to use a cartoony style without studying the carytoon itself.
Cartoonists usually have a good idea of real human anatomy that allows them to exaggerate the parts that are most important (eyes, heads, torso) and eliminating parts that don't matter (ears, lips, noses). So a child trying to copy these sty;e with no knowledge of anatomy leaves the usual style on this site, which is completely awful.

Link you know we don't have to be proportionate because not all art has to be that way, just like Vincent vango's art is warped not everything is perfect on coronation and not everything is perfect in life. just like it's super hard to draw a super good circle. Why are you calling out people that it's awful if you haven't even looked at your art yet.

LinkPlus, there's something called style and that's when someone makes up a way of doing art in their own way. That means they can put their drawings however they want or feel. so if i were you i'd stop complaining and complain on yourself for once

LinkAlso you make it seem liek you're a victim in every situation you over dramatize things, you don't need to go on a rant for how people draw. there's a lot left to learn for you too not just everyone else. you aren't the king or queen of drawing what so ever and i know im not either but i do know no one is perfect and everyone still needs to learn some more things

Linkno one is going to get everything right like how you want it. like **** about your decision on how you want them to draw, if it makes them happy then they can do it, there's no need to rant on something or make something about how someone should or should not draw

Linksome have to use a mouse like me, like you cant just put people out like that and tell them they have to draw a certain way they have t change their anatomy that they have to be perfect and im just putting this into retrospect, it's not about the way people see or define your art, it's the way the art makes the person feel

Linkso in all consideration maybe at some parts you're right but at most you're just flat out wrong, and i'm not saying you're always wrong or that you're just wrong i'm saying that you are right in some situations in which an order is occurred but im also saying some stuff you just dont understand or take into one ear without it coming out the other into a different standard.

LinkIN some parts you are very right but that doesn't mean you get a chance to tell someone how they should or should not draw and I know someone is gonna come ranting on my statements or you will But i'm not saying you're all the way wrong i'm saying that some parts of that paragraph you need a little bit more statements to prove that it's right but right now it's just not it kind of may offend some people yes but if you get the wrong idea of what im saying i don't mean to be like a jerk or anything I just want to let you know some thing that I take personally or some people might take personally.

My comment is giving my opinion on a style, one that looks bad (in my opinion) due to the lack of anatomical knowledge of the artists. I'm not saying they can't draw in that style, just that I think it looks bad and that they would benefit from learning anatomy.

I have not talked about my art in this post as it isn't really important. My art is not good, and I could definitely improve a lot.

The style I am talking about, I believe, comes from a lack of understanding of human proportions and what is and is not important for a viewer to see in a character. A bad drawing isn't suddenly good because you say it's meant to look that way.

I haven't made myself out as a victim here, I'm just talking about my opinion, so I'm not sure what you mean there. I have exaggerated a few things here, such as saying things look bad rather than saying I dislike them, but that's because I think it reads better.

I'm just giving my opinion, as you are.

I am talking about a common style on flipanim, which is used by many people with many ways of drawing. Using a mouse doesnt stop you from understanding anatomy.

I am not telling anyone how to draw, just saying why I dislike a certain style.
