A golden tabby walked through shimmering meadows. In the near distance, a cherry blossom tree stood tall, it’s pale pink flowers glowing red,pink and white in the bright warm sunshine. Three figures sat under the tree, one was also a golden tabby, but far larger and she had a lion’s mane similar rays of the sun. The other was a pale silver and her body was sleek and thin, her blue eyes could be seen far away for they were a pale blue moons. The last cat was the regular size, he had large white knowing eyes sitting in an old face covered with scars that looked like he tried to claw out his eyes.
The small golden tabby approached them and sat, the two larger cats towering over her like great oaks.” Hello Daisyfoot. You came.” The tom spoke his voice was dry and raspy even in death.
” Of course, Knowing Eyes.” Daisyfoot mewed. She looked too the tall cats,” Sunstar and Moonstar. To what do I owe the pleasure of speaking with you? ”
She looked at the sleek graceful she-cat.” Daisyfoot, a cold soul has awoken. I’m sure you know about Endless Ice, how he was foolish and cruel. ” Moonstar cooed studying her large claws,” But i’m sure you didn’t know about him waking not two days ago.”
Daisyfoot’s eyes widened in shock,“ Waking! But I thought you put him to sleep for another century!” She gasped.
Knowing Eyes grunted.“That’s what they thought,” He took a large rattling breath,” but a force awoke him. He has already started advancing on us. His ice has started creeping over the border..”
“ Who in their right mind would wake Endless Ice? That’s mouse-brained!” Daisyfoot yowled in rage. Her eyes popped out of her head at the idea of a cat waking Endless Ice.
Sunstar nodded.” Indeed, but we can not do anything about it now. He has already started to weaken the grounds between Starclan and the Dark Forest. “
“ Who woke him? Do you have any idea?” Daisyfoot whispered. All the cats fell silent,” Why did you call upon me? There is no way I could help, i’m just some clan cat.” She questioned.
” Because we need two kits, and the question was whom would birth them?” Knowing Eyes looked in the direction of Daisyfoot,” Moonstar and I shared a dream. One of a tortoiseshell she-cat, the leader of Mistclan to be correct.”
“ Flowerstar?” Daisyfoot looked at moonstar and she nodded.
” The dream showed Flowerstar with the two kits that will save the clans.”
“ She is your daughter correct?” Sunstar’s voice rumbled shaking the ground. Daisyfoot nodded.” She will birth the greatest heroes of all time.”
Daisyfoot looked confused,” Why Flowerstar? I mean I love her but other than being a great daughter and leader she isn’t legendary…”
Knowing Eyes spoke,” She will be a great guide for the kits. We also needed the other side of the original clans. Mistclan is originally from Moonclan. It’s the perfect half. “
Sunstar nodded to agree with Knowing Eyes.
Knowing Eyes whispered at Daisyfoot and she cringed away.” I have one more question..” Daisyfoot mewed.
” Oh?” Moonstar leaned toward her; her claws gleaming.
” W-Who will be the father? Or the other half?” She stuttered.
Moonstar leaned back on her haunches as Sunstar spoke.” He is the descendent of Flamestar, his name is Stoneclaw.” She set her eyes on Daisyfoot.
” B-but that means he’s in Fireclan! This kits will not be pure Mistclan blood!” Knowing Eyes shot her a look. Or the best look he could give her with no eyes.
” Pure Clan blood was crushed long ago, even in your veins Rock,Storm,Fire and MistClan blood flows through you.” He growled.
Daisyfoot hung her head while her grew pelt hot. Sunstar narrowed her eyes at the golden tabby,” If you wish to join the stars Daisyfoot you will need to learn to hold your tongue.” Sunstar spat.” But yes, Stoneclaw will be their father.”
Moonstar looked up at the blossom tree and plucked a rosy flower from above her,” We have chosen names for them as well.” Daisyfoot watched her crush the blossom in her claws.
” Their names will be Autumnkit and Winterkit. After the old seasons.”
Daisyfoot nodded to her,” Those are perfect.“
“ Glad you think so, because you will be telling Flowerstar that.” Moonstar fixed her gaze on Daisyfoot.
“ Telling her what?”
“ That she will be having the greatest kits of all time.”
Daisyfoot looked at her slack jawed,” But-” She started before Sunstar held up a paw.
” You will tell her, that’s an order.” Her green eyes pinned Daisyfoot to the spot as she gulped and nodded. She stood up and walked off into the meadows. There was a pause.
“ Well… that went better than I expected.” Knowing eyes laughed.
Its my very own series, Called well...Sun and Moon!
Yes it is very similar to warriors but in this world there is two "gods" Really, Sunstar and Moonstar. New territory's, clans, and lore. :3
