The shading. I don't really like it when people shade with black. It's like they're too lazy to make the color(s) and do it. I'm not saying that you're lazy, I'm saying that it would probably look much better with real colors. Same for highlights. Anatomy can be improved. Your art is pretty good otherwise and style is great.
