anyway yes this is a new oc for a thing im making
called
"Infinite Insanity"
which basically involves heroes and anti-heroes fighting against mighty lords and gods
and she is one of them
i just went and named her "Bullaruma"
because Bullarum is latin for Bubbles i believe
and then i added an a at the end

ok so, depending on their powers they gotta mean something-
like-
translate ONE WORD from their power or theme and translate them into different languages, like Latin.
and they also gotta have some superpowers, and ranks. you can think of a rank. and all superpowers are like elements, so superpowers belong into one group of an element. and you can also decide if it is a hero, an anti hero, or a god.
