Not much, You're anatomy is pretty good, you have clean lineart. I suggest using a sketch for the arms if you don't already. Try and shorten up the torso a tiny bit, and you'll be good

Should I:
Change the way I draw my tails? I feel like they are obnoxiously big and waaaay too furry..
Do I scribble a lot from the detail? On the hair there are lines on there. Show I remove those or clean them up a bit?
Should I try to extend my color range outside of paint roller colors?
That’s all my questions, and I hope my 3 questions aren’t hard to answer.

Try not to make Scribbles in the hair, try putting it in one shape or multible clumps.
The tails should be more attached to the top of the butt (like where the skirt is)
Try and draw a circle and some construction lines to help you get a grasp of what is goin on. After you get used to that, then you can play with the proportions
Practice.
Since you use an Ipad, Try taking the default colors and playing with them until you get a color you'd like to use

TBH, I don't know how to critique that. Its amazing. but maybe look up some skull refrences for the head?

Okay so your's is kinda hard cause you already got alot down.
So, I suggest not scribbling on the hair and color the Inner lines.
OOF, that one is also hard. If your not happy with it, I suggest looking up refrences of dragons.
