The fluff and tail can't have patterns, usually solid neon colour
Base of body can, and it can be any colour!
Any gender, can't tell difference between them
Never depressed
Can be any animal
Tail is a worm on a string
Not really a species per say just a fun design!
Go nuts, have fun!
And it can have accessories!!
If you give it wings, they are attached to the neon fur and they don't have patterns, same color as fur

There's no visual difference between boys and girls besides eyelashes n shit
Like my other species, the phsyklops, boys have chest fluff while girls have none
