Linkit's...one of my irl friends.
summary of this: My best friend, she gets sick easily. She said to me and my friends today, "If I'm not here tomorrow, I'm at the hospital. Me and my sister are sick with *I forgot this part*"...and I'm REALLY worried about her. She has depression and anxiety, and I don't want her to do bad things to herself. I...it's kinda stupid, isn't it? Worrying over someone who will never change? Despite it, I love her. She doesn't know....I think. I want to tell her but...I don't know how to.

It should say things about why you like her, be really sappy.
And then, at the bottom, "I love you ♡...-Rei [or whatever your real name is"
Put some inside jokes, things that would make her smile...
That's the confession that you would be best at.
