Jeez, why did I chose him first? Blizzard Buffalo is the muscle of Dr. Doppler's maverick army, and for some reason I chose him first! Thank God the air dash upgrade is just above his boss gate. I don't know how it's possible to beat him without that or his weakness. His stage is alright though, with some of the most atmospheric music in the series, right next to Bubble Crab from X2.
