Girls have more of a sharp chin higher towards the ear. With men they have more of a square chin a little lower with the ear.

Males are more masculine and have bigger shoulders, opposite for the females. girls will be shorter but it depends on what you want to draw. females will have more hips than males and smaller torso, but like I said depends on what you want to draw.
