so I punch myself and I get damaged, is that because im too weak or im too strong?

it also shows symptom of dizziness, and is caused by low blood cell rates in your veins, thus, less oxygen, thus, lower concentration and feeling of weakness

and a simple dizziness does not go that far to sickness

Anemia is like- it occurs cuz u have less red blood cells than others

ANEMIA IS A SYMPTOM, IT'S ALSO A DISEASE BUT THERE'S AN ANEMIA SYMPTOM

I don't like water either but I heard it can help your head feel better If not maybe have some juice or something that has water in it

Oh Whenever I get a headache or feel dizzy my MOTHER tells me to get some water and when I drink it it makes me feel weird but it does eventually go. Not sure if it even helps but that's what I've always been taught to do

I hope whatever you may have that it does go away soon.
