May I suggest a tip? Now, of course I suck but I also want to help. When making blinking anime eyes, or any blink, make the bottom and top of the eye move closer together, as in the animation I drew here on the side. It will make it look more 'actual,' as I call it, and not just making the eyelash droop. I hope that helped :) And I don't mean to offend you!
