LinkI get anxiety attacks from time to time, and I kind of can deal with them, so I thought I'd give some advice.

LinkStep one: breathe normally. I know it feels like youi can't breathe, but it's just because of the panic, you should just take a few deep breathes to get the oxygen, then breathe normally. You'll be alright.
Step two: whatever you;'re panicking or anxious about will not hurt you, and you can probably fix it really easily, so don't over think it right now, try and work on it over a longer period of time.
Step three: If possible, get a change of scenery. go to a librfary, or even the bathroom. it can help you cool down.
Also, after a panic or anxiety attack, your body will be full of adrenaline, do it's normal to still feel skittish or panicky after an attck. You're fine.
