You copy and past the file link, then do slow download and you have it in your files. Then you just put it on your animation

Oh you go to the gear then go up to Load/Save prodjects on disk and click the paper looking thing with the green arrow [red for the color blind]

[or anyother color for the color blind] so the arrow going up
