Thank you for one year on FlipAnim! This account was born on this day in 2018 after visiting an art museum and feeling overwhelmed by how good all the art was. I realized that my current capabilities at that time were nowhere near the talent of the artists whose pieces were hung on the wall. I got home and wanted to try something new-- so I googled "flipbook animation website." I stumbled my way across this website, created an attempted animation titled "beach day" (attached), realized it wasn't great, created an account, and then drew up the animation "wink," which inspired the girl in this post. Who knew that all would lead me here! Thank you all, once again, for following me on this journey.
